What a beautiful store, with a great staff! While on a weekend get away we walked by several times and a very unique Kabana necklace really caught my Wife's attention. We went in for a closer look and met Mustaffa, he was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took his time showing us the piece caught our interest in several sizes and styles. What a wonderful and unexpected day at pier 39 in San Francisco. My wife and I decided to go to breakfast and some souvineer shopping. Yanee at Na HoKu was a welth of information about all the meanings of their beautiful jewelry pieces. We had no set agenda when stopping in and we were treated with phenomenal customer service. We are a couple that believes in signs and they showed themselves today while browsing. My wife was truly happy with our stop and her new pieces of jewelry.
Updated Review: Sadly I have to come back and update my review from 5 stars down to 1. Firstly I was saddened to know Jamie no longer works at Na Hoku. They were a very big part of my love for the store. That being said my second visit went poorly. When I entered I wasn't greeted and had to interrupt the two sales girls conversation to ask for assistance. When they did look up and decide to help I was given short and abrupt answers.
