Great Selection The Na Hoku has a very interesting Hawaiian feeling when you look at all the lovely tropical inspired jewelry there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are not cheap but neither is the product. I have not purchased anything yet and have been to the store several times window shopping the staff even remembered me, wow that is great service. I'll get something eventually. Thanks
Horrible Retailer Nahoku is the worst! They are nice to you in the store, you buy something and they tell you that you can shop online when you return home. This is what I did! I bought a ring in the local store and then when I went home, I wanted to add another piece to my collection! The website advertises a 21 day return policy so I purchased a few pieces so I could see and compare them (since you obviously can not get a feel for jewelry online). Buyer Beware! They do not stand behind the quality of their jewelry I had a horrible experience with the Bellevue, WA store. Although their jewelry is beautiful, they have the worst customer service, they're shady, and they do not stand behind their products. Bottom line, if you buy a piece of jewelry from any Na Hoku store and it falls apart after just two months (due to no fault of your own) they will not replace it. Beautiful They have some of the most beautiful pieces of jewelry I have ever seen. The are very friendly and will help you pick out just the right piece. The prices are not to bad.
