I’m so happy we found this place! After being disappointed at many mainstream jewelers with basic cases, it was so refreshing to find Na Hoku’s family owned jewelry store with unique pieces! I was so happy to finally see not just one piece that I like, but so many! Jaime and the lady working with him had great customer service. They were very kind, knowledgeable, not pushy, and you could tell they’re passionate about what they do and where their jewelry comes from. We’ll definitely be back :)

After visiting other jewelry stores, in Denver, such as Tiffany's and Zales, etc. we were highly impressed with Na Hoku! Not only did all of their cases look neat, tidy and lovely, but the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Joselyn and Blake were a delight and supplied us with a jewelers loupe on request, something that the other stores could not. As a Jeweler/Registered Gemologist Appraiser, I was impressed! I hope to visit the main store when I visit Hawaii in January.

I asked if I could exchange for something else and was told it was past the exchange date. We have purchased many items from Shane Co and never had any issues in over 30 years and all of their jewelry has a lifetime warranty. I would h... read more
