I had a very good experience at N.A. Hemorrhoids Center. The doctor was extremely kind, respectful, and thorough. After years of feeling ignored by other providers, this was the first time in a long time that I truly felt heard. Thank you so much to Dr Rick and nurse Sharon! Been suffering from fissures for over a decade on and off now, but lately it had become worse with skin tags. Had to get a procedure done to remove it. Doc was very patient, explained the procedure well and was able to schedule the procedure for the same week. Procedure was painful and the first week was quite tough, but now 3 weeks down, it’s healed well, thanks to Dr Rick’s and nurse Sharon’s follow up care. Feel much better than I have in years. The staff was absolutely wonderful, so patient, thoughtful, and kind throughout all the treatment. All the procedures were done under the highest quality standards, making sure my dad was comfortable at all times.
