I've bought many N8² Holsters through the years but I recently bought a new gun which calls for a new holster. This was the first brand I always come to. I visited the website and it looks like the've stopped making a lot of their products which is very disappointing. I was super excited to buy a Pro Tandem holster and they don't have them on the website anymore. This is one product I see missing along with many other Pro models. Hopefully they will restore more products to give more choices for their reliable customers.
Really sad that they have been bought out by Crossbreed. I just called them because I noticed a crack in the kydex on my “professional” model, for my S&W M&P 2.0 full size. They said that they will not honor the pre existing lifetime warranty. I own four different N82 Tactical holsters and was going to purchase another for a new pistol I recently acquired. But not now. Will be looking for another holster company to make a purchase from.
customer service is laughable since they were purchased in January. They refused to honor my warranty on a defective holster purchased last September.

Used to recommend this company to every one looking for a CCW holster. That ended today when I emailed the company and asked why they no longer carried the Pro Tandem. Was told it was because they were bought out by CrossBreed holsters. And then when I asked about the Lifetime warranty on the holsters I already owned, I got this in response "Holsters purchased before the company was sold 1-6-20 will not be covered under warranty any longer as the company has changed hands and we did not get the original payment on the order.... read more
Just received my 4th Professional style holster. Excellent product & excellent service.
bought one of y'alls basic elastic holster years ago, but hadn't used it in years. just dug it out and I'm reminded how comfortable it is.
Let's Talk customer service. I've been using one of their holsters for approximately four years now. Recently as I was climbing into my vehicle to belt clip caught on something and snapped. Rendering The holster not usable. I contacted customer service asking how I could purchase a new belt clip for my holster, since I broke it. Without questions, they asked my mailing address, and sent me out a new belt clip free of charge. A+ for customer service.
