great program and rates. I've had a membership here for over 10 years and they always provide soothing ambience and choices of massage therapist. I recommend Tameka if you like a good firm swedish massage. She has very good touch and stretching methods that have greatly helped with my lower back and sciatica pain.
Great massage by Chris. Very informative too; as I came in because of back and neck pain. Only thing that was lacking was there was no music nor aroma therapy in the room.
