We purchased 4 new Haida mud tires on Nov 2016, we had to replace the tires due to them wearing out in 6 mos. These are the worst tires we have ever bought, I wish we were told about how terrible they were. $1200 wasted.
I guess they do not need my business of $2400! I called to Get price on 5 Toyo 35x13.50 and 5 new wheels and received an estimate. Called back and talked to Virginiat to get a price break down to make sure what was included. She said she would call me back in a few minutes, not!I called again next day and Virginia said she had been busy and would call me back in a hour, not! Chaise ordered multiple sets of tires for me because I wasn't sure what I wanted, and then the guys put them on and made sure I was happy with the way they looked. After my truck was done, Chaise brought it to me because I was working and couldn't come pick it up. Customer service is a priority with these guys. I feel like Chaise and the guys go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy!!! I won't be using anyone else for rim, tire, or suspension work in the future.
I can not say enough about N2Deep. They are awesome. Great to talk to. They keep you updated with info and HONOR THEIR WORD. Awesome place
