After four surgeries for a ruptured Achilles tendon and then later getting hooked on ballroom dancing, I was experiencing significant pain in that leg when dancing. I tried PT but got no relief and finally decided to try Cryotherapy. After five sessions I was able to dance an entire dance(~3 minutes) and not have to leave the floor well before the song ended. I am extremely active outdoors and play basketball competitively through out the year. Cryotherapy has done wonders for my body !!! From day to day wear and tear to minor to serious sports injuries cryotherpapy has improved my overall well being and cut my recovery time in half !!!
