i've been coming to n15 salon for almost 3 years now for haircuts, root bleach, and coloring appointments. rina (the associate director) is absolutely fantastic -- she is a super skilled stylist who is such a joy to work with. rina is positive, affirming, and is able to do things that i've seen lots of other stylists shy away from due to the risk. i am a stage performer and regularly need work done on my hair -- and in my experience it doesn't get much better than rina. her skill and experience are obvious on all lengths of ... read more

We booked a haircut with Atsushi today, and unfortunately, his attitude was very unfriendly — he was impatient multiple times. The final haircut had no layers at all and honestly looked worse than what I could have done myself at home. It seemed like Atsu doesn’t really enjoy his job and just wanted to rush through it and get it over with. If that’s truly the case, my honest suggestion is that he should quit his job.
I had a very disappointing experience at N15 with stylist Atsushi (Atsu) — easily one of the most unprofessional and rude stylists I’ve encountered. I came in with my friend for his haircut and sat quietly on an empty massage chair nearby, as the seat next to him was taken by someone’s bag. Atsushi rushed through the entire cut (including the wash) in about 20 minutes.
