Before starting to train with N1 Motion I was stuck doing the same two day workout rotation from my freshman year of college and I never even thought of training my legs outside of cardio. I asked for plans that would introduce me to new exercises, fit into my vegan diet and help me achieve my goals and N1 Motion more than delivered. Great workout with great people
Performance training is equally as important as basketball training for my son. It has benefited him greatly and kudos to N1 Motion for that!
I participated in the N1 motion 60 day challenge and it was one of the best decisions I made! I got 2nd place but it ended up being more than that for me. It jumpstarted a new lifestyle of healthy eating and exercising regularly. It was challenging but the trainers were always there for support and the N1 motion community is great. I sometimes lack motivation and need accountability and N1 motion supports me with that. I’m so glad I did it and am excited to continue this journey with N1 motion by my side.
Never exercised nor ate good for many years and then I took a 60 day challenge with N1. It was hardest thing in the world but I learned to eat healthy and to exercise with the help of the very motivating trainers! I actually ended up in the top 3 in the challenge and couldn’t be prouder. The challenge ended but I still am eating healthy and walking every day. These coaches and program is well worth it!
