My husband moved into the veterans home on December 1,2025. I went there weekly to visit with him. I found myself assisting with small things regarding other residents. Each time I came my husband wasn't shaved and he rarely had on his glasses or shoes on his feet and yes he walked with assistance from a walker. Truly the BEST care available anywhere in Western NY. I spend a lot of time there with my father. I see the staff first hand. The facility is spotless and Clean and smells good. Meals and snacks are plenty. The activity staff is superb and creative in finding fun and entertaining moments for our vets. The best part of this place and the heart of it are the staff. This facility Forcefully moved my parents out of their room , possibly to make room for covid patients. Im Not allow to see my parents ,haven't been able to give them a hug in over a year, the depression is setting in on my parents , this place is just a nys gov. cuomo prison for veterans

Great place! Staff is amazing !!! Such a hard job to do but they do the best in working with the residents!!! Can't say enough good about the staff and how clean and nice the whole building s are!!
