Between the receptionists and the inspector this company was an all around 10/10
Hired this company for third party electrical inspections. Had to pay for them to 'inspect an electrical trench.' Dug the trench, called for the inspection only to be told we had to submit pictures with rulers for a trench inspection... so if I have to go out again, take the pictures and have the ruler, tell me what are we paying a third party for?!?!! And apparently the public should take up mindreading because you are just supposed to know this ahead of time, even though this is not their standard process and nowhere on th... read more
