Me and wife had bad experience with an unprofessional and rude healthcare worker (late 60's blue eyes, short brown tomboy hairdo) my wife is Asian and has a hard time with medical terminology and wanted me to help her fill out questionnaire on laptop. The above rude Lady hastily took the laptop away and told me I can't help and locked my wife in a separate room. Maybe there are hipa laws? The lady at the front desk never handed me back my license. I called when I got home to find out there's no direct number to this facility! They had to get a supervisor to send a message to them I didn't get a response to two days later and my license is gone. Thank you now I have to pay for a new one I'll never be back here. Too bad nice people. Very bad management
