Great service and variety of the stuff we really need and some of the stuff we just want!
If you sell a defective item and the customer comes back the next day with receipt, expecting to exchange or return, perhaps you could give the benefit of the doubt as to the customer's honesty, and refund or exchange it.
I like the great service and supporting our local company. I buy my feed from this store and my new number for my truck is amazing! Some of the chicks I have gotten over the were pullets that ended up crowing. Weird. But that’s not NW supply’s fault and they offered refunds right away anyways.

Prosser location: My mother and niece got the worst customer service from the store manager. They tried to contact the store owner to discuss the matter with him but he never called back. The employees are not very knowledgeable or helpful by any means. The only employee that knows anything there is a High School kid. My family and I have stopped shopping there because the service just kept getting worse.
Always knowledgeable and super helpful at the Othello location! Much better service than the big farm supply places
