Chesmar’s title company. They do a good job and are great to work with.
Great Experience closing with my clients last week. Everyone was so nice, they did a little celebration party for the buyers. It felt really special and personal. Best experience so far

Very bad experience, NO customer service at all and unprofessional! If only I can give zero star, I would. They were supposed to overnight a check to my credit card company July 28, 2023 to pay it off. August 9th, found out the sent the check to the wrong address. My credit card charged me interest. August 22nd, Deenita Chapman said they'd overnight the check to me instead. It is now August 28, still NOTHING! Called both Melanie Burton and Deenita Chapman today, no answer.
