I really wanted to love this place because the ladies are incredibly sweet and welcoming. However, I have to be honest about the lack of sanitation, which unfortunately outweighs the good service. I noticed that files and buffers were being used on multiple clients without being replaced or sanitized in between. The nail art brushes were heavily caked with dried paint, acrylic, and gel from previous sets. It’s hard to get a clean look when the tools are already compromised. I wish I would have read the reviews first. This was the first time I came here because of the convenience next to Publix. 4 of my nails bled around the cuticles and burned for 3 days after. When doing my pedicure she cut my nail so short I thought she was going to get skin. Agreed from previous review of place needing an update. There were only 3 people working and one other client during what would be a peak time during the weekend. Overall would not recommend.

The place is a little rundown. Some fresh signage, newly done up Nail Swatches, and some good chairs would be a great start. You couldn't read the numbers on the swatches, and my chair was crunching as it was massaging me. They sat us within 15 minutes, and then we sat there for 45 minutes while we waited to be serviced. One of the ladies came over and said it wouldn't be much longer. This is my second time coming and both times I have left with a bloody toe. Experience was not pleasant at all as it was burning the entire time. The least you could have done was offered a discount. Do not recommend
