Says well inspection report will be completed and delivered by a Friday, maybe Monday. I had to call following Wednesday to remind them they're holding up loan close. Then report comes back with repairs needed (just had cleared well report a few months ago when house was purchased so why does a new well pump system need repairs now?) I questioned why location of shutoff valve was okay a few months ago and now suddenly it needs to be moved, and the water test results says well needs bleaching when all was fine before. Fixed our pump quickly and on short notice.
I lost pressure in my well so first thing in the morning I called (before 8am!). They answered, I explained that I had checked the pressure switch and that it was working, so I was worried the pump failed. They came out in just over an hour, figured out it just needed a new capacitor, and got me up and running in about 20 minutes. Good news for me, and these guys are great at what they do.
