Horrible service I came in at 5:30 (their door says they close at 7:30 and 2 hours is a good window for a full set) the lady that was at the reception desk was rude as soon as I came in the door made me pay up front (not sure if it was a racial thing bc the only other lady in there was a white lady and she paid after her service not before like I was told I had to do) she rushed me through the whole process and I asked for a small black heart and she acted like it was the end of the world she said I quote “we are in a hurry ... read more
The worst. Has zero staff. Had me wait over one hour and said if I'm in a Rush I can go. Tried Another salon that gladly took the business and treated me well. I don't think you will see her attitude much longer here in Rutland Take it for what it is. Your attitude was very poor and your place was empty today for a MAJOR Reason. Learn how to treat closets and you will have business. I even had an appt. Clearly you don't know how to do that. Clean. Lovely. Excellent service. I always feel like a princess after getting a mani pedi at N Nails Spa. Nina is a lovely woman.
Simple pedi with clear coat. No complaints here.
Waited awhile the first time. Got right in the second time. Both times I've been i got what I asked for, they were beautiful and long lasting.
