Whenever you need to speak to these people they are never there. I have an issue with one of their renters in their unit so I will keep trying.

Rented from this company years ago.. The rent was late, so John Nugent called Avista and told them we had moved out so they would shut the power off on us. COMPLETELY illegal! It was the older John Nugent, not his son.
