Treats employees like second class citizens. while the Firths act like good Christian people they clearly don’t care about the safety, health, or future wellbeing of their employees. Yet the quality of work that comes out of the shop is top tier, but keep in mind that’s is in SPITE of the owners NOT BECAUSE of the owners.
