I have been an on going customer for multiple years with my family included (grandma, mom, and sisters). My sister got there at open at 10 am.. and was there for over an hour & a half. My sister just today paid $45 and tipped $15 for her pedicure. They told her to wait 10 minutes and she would be all set, and she was not all set. Ren has an attitude problem. He put one coat of polish on my finger nails. Didn't massage my legs with the rocks, his explanation was "too sensitive". How in the hell do you determine if I'm sensitive to a massage with rocks? Never again will I go to this Salon. The ladies are very nice and professional. He shouldn't be working there.
