Rude staff !!.... for my pedicure the lady was ok, the last time she did not put her effort into, she did the minimum. I wanted to give them another chance so i came back. The guy was rude so i left. Take your business elsewhere. Many salons in the area.
I visited N&K for the first time yesterday when the salon I normally go to closed indefinitely without notice. I had previously gotten liquid gel, needed a fill & also needed two broken nails repaired. Min (I hope I’m spelling his name right) took me and what a great experience! His attention to detail was impressive and I especially appreciated him making sure the shape was just how I wanted. It’s the best fill I’ve ever had and I HIGHLY recommend N&K. I went here with two of my friends a few weeks ago, when we got there, we were all sat immediately at the pedicure chair. One of my friends started their pedicure before me and we all got the same one. Mine was the first to end even though mine was started second. The guy who was doing my pedicure forgot to do half of the service and then rushed through painting my toenails. There was left over paint on my cuticles. If you decide to go regardless of this review, request "Nhu". Refuse Cindy. Hopefully Nhu will not receive jealous-competitive-wrath for her professionalism. I will NEVER return. Not only did I NOT get the length of nails I wanted, I didn't even get the SO SIMPLE design! A FIRST! Even with a picture. My tech was rude; tapping at my fingers and demanding I relax!
