I brought in my jewelry for a specific repair and clearly explained how I wanted it done. Unfortunately, the final result did not match what I requested at all. What’s more disappointing is that there was no effort made to fix the issue, offer a solution, or even provide a partial refund or discount despite the mistake. Customer service is just as important as the work itself, and in this case, both fell short. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
