I had a terrible experience with this company. Let me start by saying the railings installed were beautiful at first. However, I was told the railings would be powder coated to prevent rusting. 5-6 months after install it started rusting. I contacted Juan the sales rep about it and he assured me that they would stop by to remove them, have them properly powder coated and reinstalled. It has been over a year now without any resolution. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Great people to work with. Very happy with my new handrails. They made exactly what I was looking for in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend GM Iron Works.

Excellent craftsmanship and service! They were immediately responsive from the first contact (I can't say the same for some other companies who never responded to my request for an estimate). Very easy to deal with. They fabricated and installed the railing within the promised timeframe without me even to have to call for status. The final product exceeded my expectations. The install crew was very professional and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend them!

Quality and professionalism is what this company is all about. The office staff and the team members in the field could not have done more to get a project done for me. I was running behind on time to get a front stoop done for a client with the railings to complete the project. They stepped up to the plate and delivered a quality product on time as they promised.
