GM Iron Works Corp, did a wonderful job on our railings. Our Sales rep Juan was very helpful throughout the entire process. Installation was quick and professional. I highly recommend this company for railing installation.
I had a terrible experience with this company. Let me start by saying the railings installed were beautiful at first. However, I was told the railings would be powder coated to prevent rusting. 5-6 months after install it started rusting. I contacted Juan the sales rep about it and he assured me that they would stop by to remove them, have them properly powder coated and reinstalled. It has been over a year now without any resolution. I DO NOT recommend this company.
Great people to work with. Very happy with my new handrails. They made exactly what I was looking for in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend GM Iron Works.
