Excellent Customer Service, they were able to get me back up and running in 2 days. Emery the tech was knowledgeable and professional finishing the install. I called on Monday and was told that they are super busy but would call me Tuesday morning to give me an idea of when they might come out to service my commercial door. I told them that was fine and that I understood. What got me was that at the end of the call I specifically said, "do call me, since so many companies say they will, but then don't".
