When I first moved in about a year and a half ago this was the best place I could imagine: great location, friendly staff, and while it was expensive it was worth the price because of the quality of life that it afforded. Roughly 6 months in they seemed to switch management (I know it was around the time Taylor left) and it went downhill quick. I applied for an apartment that was allegedly a process that only took a few days….going on 3+ months with no resolution. It’s been held up in limbo due to “ a 3rd party background check” for a state I haven’t lived in since I was a small child. To resolve it, they requested I get fingerprinted and mail them to their 3rd party. They also require a 400 dollar “admin fee” that they’ll promise to credit you back on your first months rent…don’t bother applying here.

Came home to a shattered sliding glass door due to a lawnmower projectile. It was the end of the day and I expected that nothing would get done until the next day but called the office anyway. Within the hour, the Community Director, Jacque, was there and initiated the service call for a company to repair the door. This place and it's people are awesome. If you're in Atlanta, you should be in Inman Park, and if you're in Inman Park, you should be at North Highland Steel.

I'm returning to this property after being away for a year and leasing was a smooth process. Daemeyen is your man. 10/10 service. We had a hiccup in the application process due to the government shut down, but he was able to get a rush on my application which got everything done in time. Glad to be back!
