I used Nhance to reface my kitchen last year. They did a beautiful job.and the contractor went above and beyond to make the job perfect. And I do love my kitchen now. I couldn’t give 5 stars because they do not stand behind their work. After a few months, two of the hinges on my drawers fell off and couldn’t be used or the drawer would fall out of the frame. 10/19/2024 - Update to the original review: We worked with Jim Berardi of N-Hance Amore Contract Flooring Services to fix the issues with the installation of our kitchen floor. Jim used a different installer who replaced most of the flooring in our kitchen. Attached is a photo of our repaired floor. Because we appreciate the fact that N-Hance was willing correct the original installation beyond their warranty period I am updating this review to 5 stars. I was referred to Jim at N-Hance of South Nassau by the corporate office after my local franchise never called back after initial consult. Jim showed up on time and was very personable. We came to an agreement on a price, and he returned to collect a 50% deposit. This was the last time I saw Jim on the jobsite until it was time to collect the final payment even though the job was not quite done yet.
