I think a hair salon should match the hair style skills and the time spent using those skills with the corresponding charges. I was very dissatisfied with all of them. It took a long time to make my hair style, but it was very different from the style I wanted. Also, I was overcharged for it. It was a bad experience for me.

They were able to take me as a walk in so quick despite them being busy. My stylist did such a good job. He made me feel so comfortable and his recommendations were amazing!!! I received a lot of compliments on my new hairstyle. Will be returning, thank you so much!

I am writing this review after a very disappointing experience at your salon. First of all, the prices were quite high, but more importantly, despite clearly instructing Ms. Cui not to cut the hair on the sides, she ended up doing exactly that. Additionally, because she was attending to other customers at the same time, I was left unattended for several hours while my hair was being treated. The entire process took an excessive five hours.
