The receptionist was extremely rude to me when I called to schedule as a new patient. As I was attempting to explain what happened with a previous appointment at a different clinic she began talking to me like I was a child and raising her voice as if I was ignorant. I understood fully what she was saying and I still needed more clarification but instead she was being a jerk. This is not how you offer customer service to ANYONE. I’ve been a patient of Dr yumals for over 9 years. I’ve had Kelly get rude with me on more than one occasion but I’ve brushed it off. I called early one morning to see if I could switch appointments that day with my daughter who was going to see her because I was having extreme issues with my meds and she acted like it was an inconvience. My daughter was a patient of Dr Yumal and asa. Minor / teenager they only feel comfortable with certain Dr to speak about mental health well Dr Yumal left where we were seeing her and she said we could google to find where she moved to and I did . Just called today and Dr Yumal will not see my daughter nor any other patients from previous office . Well if that isn’t a mental breakdown and isn’t she suppose to treat mental health .
