I would highly not recommend the service, opinion, or care from Dr. Pulley. The bedside manner I experienced is not acceptable for anyone that is currently in his line of business. Do not trust life threatening decisions to him. Get a second opinion.
Front desk and medical technician were lovely to interact with. However, I found Dr. Pulley’s demeanor to be dismissive and lacking in bedside manner. My husband was finally diagnosed by Dr. Pulley, after other physicians could not do so for 7 years. The staff and support team have been outstanding and helpful. My mother has gone seven days without her pain killers, and the worthless jerk who doesn’t even work for Pulley but is some dispatcher was rude and a horrible person. Pulley might be a great doctor, but my mom is in pain and can’t get pain pills. I wish there was a zero star option.

He always acted like he had more important patients to be with. Mom never forgot him saying "all my patients end up dying.". My mom never wanted to go back but had to cause ... read more
