It was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever experienced. Provider has no bedside manners and actually took my copay and stated to me he’s no longer accepting new patients as he’s the only MD in the office. Office staff is clueless as well big hippa violation at the check in desk asking patients there information and patients behind you in the lobby listening . He started out very rude informed me that this is a teaching hospital because I ask about the student. I made him very aware that I know what Uf is and I’m very aware of what the hospital do teach. After that he began to inform me that my problems is not nerve pain it stems from my back and Spine. The numbness on my left side is due to my right side of my brain per Dr: Pulley. Completed Neuro tests; didn’t really explain much before he left. The Tech, Erin (who was very good) said my neurologist would be the one to go over test results.
