Disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment when my HVAC stopped working and was quoted a first time customer price. The technician did a good job, but when the bill came, the price was much different than what I was quoted… I spoke with the billing technician and after much back and forth, they refused to honor the “first time customer price”, despite acknowledging that they may have misquoted me.

Excellent service and reasonable
I’m sure some folks are satisfied with this business, but not me. A simple farm hydrant replacement that should have taken two people no more than 4 hours to replace in one service call, took a total of 7-8 hours, over the span of FIVE (5) service calls. Then they couldn’t seem to accurately bill and wanted me to pay for additional labor that should have been done the first time. I believe you get what you pay for and I paid for excellence. I was extremely pleased with Bob Waltz Plumbing. Jack was very good about explaining everything to me that needed to be done.He was very personable, efficient and professional. I will be contacting this company again for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
