Every year Waltz comes to our church to do maintenance checks on our heating and air conditioning equipment. Not only are they efficient but we appreciate their explanations. Very approachable and that's kind of hard to find these days!
Our house lost water the day before we were set to go on vacation, and Waltz went above and beyond to get someone to come take a look ASAP and get it working again. The problem ended up being our water treatment system, which needed to be replaced, and they were able to test the well water, make suggestions, and get all parts in and installed within a week -- which included a holiday weekend. These people are not honest. I have rented from them for 10 years never missed a payment. 1 complaint to the hoa and now they are supposedly selling the house. I have stage 3 cancer and multiple children. Its sad that his parents legacy of being kind and compassionate has ended due to his wife's and his greed. Quick friendly and professional service! Joe helped us out with what ended up being a simple fix in our shower that would’ve stressed me out and taken a whole day to address. A+
We had trouble with our HVAC at work and these guys were extremely helpful through the entire process. They ended up replacing the unit which was on the roof. They had a crane lined up the next day and got er done. Their whole team is great.
