I had a plumbing emergency and needed help right away. My shower was leaking badly and I needed to turn off water to the whole house. Called N E Bob Waltz Plumbing and they were able to come and shut the water off to that bathroom only so we could turn the water back on to the rest of the house. Joe did an EXCELLENT job! He was awesome and very efficient! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Will definitely be using them again. I can’t thank them enough for easing my mind and taking care of my issue quickly!
Don't call anyone else. These guys are legit. We used them as we had an issue in the main line of our sewer. Not only were they affordable, they provided us with detailed options for steps moving forward and walked us through all of the things they were doing as the process went along. We will now only be using Waltz moving forward for all of our plumbing issues/needs.
Called this company after the original installer of our unit on a new home build a few years old refused to come out for a service call even though I said I'd pay for the service and repair if it wasn't under warranty , I had actually call Waltz first and was advised warranty might be a problem , after talking to Mattie I called back and she got me an appointment the next day as heat wasn't working but I had fireplace so no hurry , tech showed up on time his name was Eric he actually tested the system quickly , accurately an... read more
We recently remodeled our bathroom including moving toilet and new walk in shower. All the work was done as promised at the price bid. Crews were on time, courteous and did walk thru prior to work starting to explain what was to be done. Good experience all around
We've used N E Bob Waltz Plumbing & Heating Inc quite a few times over the last few years, but our last two experiences have not been satisfactory. A couple of months ago, we were having trouble with our hot water heater tripping the breaker, and thought that it needed maintenance. Technicians came out, charged us a bunch of money, did something that made us unable to reset the switch, and left us without hot water.
