Good old cat equipment, poor customer service while just trying to rent equipment.
Cat makes a great product own 2 pieces of their equipment for our company and have been considering switching all of our heavy iron to Cat equipment about 10-12 pieces in a given year. They have the “latest and greatest” skid steer track loaders now. We asked to demo one of them to make sure it is as great as they say they are. We were told “no it’s not approved by the sales manager.”Come to our yard. I show up and there isn’t any gravel piles to dig in with the machine so we ask again to demo the machine.
