(Gao) Bao does a really good job taking care of my family's vehicle! He's known my family & our cars since me & my siblings were little, & does a really good job at repairs! Around 2019 roughly, (Gao) bao replaced the hybrid battery in my car(my mom's car back then). Then a month ago, he fixed, painted(the trim) & replaced the doors(I had bought myself & provided)! had my sister’s car towed by n&b auto in which they damaged the front of the car, attempted to put it back together, and failed. they refused to fix what we originally came in for because they wanted to fix it “all or nothing.” THEN scammed us out of $1200 for having our car in their parking space when we thought they were fixing the car the whole time. absolute waste of time and money.
charged me very high for minor fix,and told me to leave and come back in a hour so i won't see him fixing it
