I really don't not know how people are giving 5 stars. The front staff was rude to me on multiple occasions. I had a bone graft and was rushed through the The pre-op of the surgery. People were just doing things to me without telling me what was happening. After I woke up from surgery disoriented I was rushed out of the surgery room. Not only that but who ever was supposed to call me to get my implant surgery scheduled basically never called me, so I had to call the front desk to get HER number. I was scheduled for a consult 1:50, I arrived at 1:35. The lobby was completely overfilled with all chairs taken and people standing alongside the walls. A lady came in for her appointment and was told they didn’t have anything scheduled for her, the patient claims she cleared her entire schedule to be here as she was told, and is called back anyway. I finally get called back and get X-Rays and Nurse(?) Chloe and Dr. Johnson tell me I could get the wisdom teeth removal done tomorrow/next day if I could get off work. I said I... read more
I had a referal for an implant, after driving over an hour I was early for my 9am. I was not impressed with the greeting of the reception staff, just handed me a clipboard and forms. Speaking about patients loudly. At 9;45 when I was taken back, no apology. When I happen to say something to the doctor I was met with well let me meet your expectations as you are impatient!!!
