Dr. Beena Khetpal is my kids’s pediatrician for 5 years now. She is an amazing, incredible and caring doctor. I don’t understand why she’s getting bad reviews. Her staff (nurses) are also incredible at their work.

I like Dr. Beena Khetpal. She is a good pediatrician. She is attentive and listens to all of my concerns. I have been going to this office for about 10 years. I highly recommend her for peds.

I am songlad we moved out of state. But I am still dealing with trying to get my daughters medical records faxed over to her new doctor. And here it is almost time for her to start school and guess what no medical records. This is by far THE worst doctors office ever. They never answer the phone and when they do they hang up!! So over it.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. As others have mentioned, the staff answering phone calls and setting up appointments are incompetent, rude, poor communicators and generally seem lazy. During nearly every interaction I have with them over the phone, the staff continually mixes up the records of my children with those of other children after I repeatedly, clearly state my children's birthdates and full names.
