I rarely leave reviews, especially not to tear down a business, but this was an awful experience. I took time to write this review because I didn't want to be in my feelings, so here is the honest review from my appointment. It was terrible. I booked a simple silk press and it was not a pleasant experience. The shop could use some cleaning, but that was the least of the issue. The blow drying alone left me in pain and with heat damage.
