Most horrible place to send your children. ADOS testing is a ridiculous waiting period. Constant technical issues. Customer service is a joke and they are incredible rude and unprofessional.
I only have 1 star because I had to. I would leave minus stars if I could. Customer service is horrid and the managers are even worse. DO NOT let them treat your children. Constant problems with logging on. Then they cancel the appointment without any support. Then they just refer kids out of that have been waiting on services. Not to mention ADOS testing taking half of a lifetime. It’s ridiculous. Please save your children and yourself the disappointment.
So far everything has been flawless with paperwork, questions, follow-up. Xy has been fantastic to work with.
They are amazing idk what we would have done if not for them every call every staff member is extremely helpful thank you so much
