RUN. I was a patient for over a year and they abandoned me like trash because my prescriber got ill. My prescriber left the practice suddenly when I was in the middle of a medication adjustment that wasn’t working out for me. When I called mywellbrook health, they initially tried to claim the nearest possible appointment was weeks away. I kept calling and demanded someone do something because I was not OK. No one returns texts, supervisors don’t call backs when you request one to make a complaint. Prescriptions don’t get sent. I’ve also emailed on multiple occasions asking for assistance and I’ve gotten zero responses. Only response is their comment on this complaint.

I recently had to switch providers after my previous provider left the practice and needed a sooner appointment. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist, Danielle, was extremely disappointing. Her attitude sucked—she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I explained my need for an earlier appointment. Her response was simply, “I’ll send a message,” yet the earliest appointment offered with the new provider was still four weeks away. I’ll add to cancelation list .
