The MYW Studio & Spa is undisputedly the greatest Spa organization that I’ve ever visited. In December of 2022, I brought and treated my wife and myself for a 1 hour couples massage treatment at the MYW Studio & Spa and we very much enjoyed our experience. Hands down, the best spa on Long Island. Clean and beautiful, with great staff and service.
On the day of my birthday I spontaneously called to see if we can use the sauna. Even though they were closing at 430 Margarita was very accommodating to our needs and stayed open till 8 for us. She greeted us with a bottle of complimentary champagne and was very warm and welcoming. The facilities are immaculate and well taken care of. We enjoyed the steam room, sauna and pool. I have a wedding next year and wanted to do a pool/spa party the day before for my bridal party. I spoke with someone who assured me what I wanted could be done and that she would get back to me with pricing. My phone calls and emails have been avoided for months now and I have my guests staying at the Glen Cove Mansion. If I knew this was how I was going to be treated, I never would have blocked rooms at the hotel this business is affiliated with.
