Margarita is a terribly insensitive person. I reached out with a concern about a massage and I received an email about a free massage. Why in the world would I ever want to come back to this place if my massage was violating to begin with. Makes no sense. Disgusting I’ll be escalating this issue from here on out
The MYW Studio & Spa is undisputedly the greatest Spa organization that I’ve ever visited. In December of 2022, I brought and treated my wife and myself for a 1 hour couples massage treatment at the MYW Studio & Spa and we very much enjoyed our experience. The staff were amazing, kind and highly welcoming, and their therapists provided us with the perfect massage!!! Hands down, the best spa on Long Island. Clean and beautiful, with great staff and service.
On the day of my birthday I spontaneously called to see if we can use the sauna. Even though they were closing at 430 Margarita was very accommodating to our needs and stayed open till 8 for us. She greeted us with a bottle of complimentary champagne and was very warm and welcoming. The facilities are immaculate and well taken care of. We enjoyed the steam room, sauna and pool.
