We recently used this lab to obtain a COVID PCR exam for my son who was visiting and needed it to be able to return to work in Madrid, Spain after Thanksgiving. They had the best prices and quickest turn-around times in town; I know, because my son and I called dozens of places before we found them! Pros: The RN who administered the test, Melissa was great. Spoiler alert it is unpleasant. Cons: Contacted by management about getting a delayed result and they made it right. It's so rare to have any company call up and actually remedy a situation, means a great deal to me. Will definitely (but hopefully not) use MyTruth again!
If you are looking for a covid testing facility, I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! No one “enjoys” a covid test lol, but these people truly made the experience easy and dare I say enjoyable?!
