I have such a deep appreciation for the transparency this practice offers regarding their therapists' identities. As a queer person, it was crucial for me to find a gay male therapist who looked like me and sounded like me, and Kevin Hershey was exactly that. What I loved most was how comfortable I felt during every session. Even when I shared difficult or personal experiences, the counsellor made me feel respected and understood. It felt like a safe space where I could finally be myself.
Great practice, I did most of my sessions from home but loved that there was an option to go in person if I wanted to. Kevin Hershey was amazing to work with, would highly recommend! I worked with Kevin for over a year and only hd to stop going because I switched to an insurance they didn't not accept :( Would definitely go back if that were to change.
