Terrible service. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I gave them my iPhone 6 that was cracked and when I received it the CAMERA was BROKEN. He confessed that he broke my phone but would not give me a re-fund and was unable to fix my phone. He said that he gave me a new camera that would work which was a LIE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE DISHONEST LACK KNOWLEDGE AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY ARE RUDE! Now I have to pay 1000 dollars to get a new updated phone. I'M PISSED. I'm really glad I found this place! I dropped my phone a month after I got it and the fixed it fast with no extra charges other repair shops quoted. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable.
I would not recommend this place at all. I was initially told 2 weeks for a repair to replace a screen on a Surface Pro 3 and it is going on two months without my tablet. I requested a refund as well as my tablet back, but was told it's company policy not to refund money on a part that has already been ordered. The first replacement screen did not work properly and was defective, causing a second screen to be ordered and has yet to arrive.
