My unit that I just rented is filthy. I can't store anything until I go back with a broom, dustpan and possibly a mop! My husband and I went back and cleaned it, but I haven't been able to bring myself to use it for obvious reasons. UPDATE: I CANCELED MY CONTRACT AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY PROJECTED REFUND. THE REFUND RECEIPT SAID THE TRANSACTION WAS PROCESSED OFFLINE. THIS MEANT IT DID NOT GO THRU. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHO INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAS NOTIFIED HER DISTRICT MANAGER AND THAT IT COULD TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS... read more
