Everyone was very nice and welcoming.
My experience with Kim was beyond exceptional. Not only was she professional, she was everything a human being should be and it was such a blessing to see in these days and times. Kim was courteous,kind,empathetic and very patient. Just talking to her and having that interaction made a very stressful situation extremely bearable. She represents the epitome of what love and light looks like. I pray that all of her days are blessed. She was (and is) definitely A BLESSING!!
