Very disappointed with my experience here. The customer service was honestly worse than the actual service itself. Staff came across rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. A little professionalism and basic kindness go a long way, and unfortunately this salon lacked both. I left feeling uncomfortable instead of welcomed. There are too many salons out there to spend money somewhere that treats people this way. I won’t be returning.
I cannot recommend Mystique Salon & Skin Spa enough! I’ve been to a lot of salons in the Chesapeake area and this one stands out every single time. The entire team is so friendly, talented, and professional, and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I am eternally grateful for this place. Ashley is the type of worker who is always determined to learn and grow her business. She came to give cards at my business and you gotta respect the hustle. Every facial I’ve gotten was a great experience.
