The show started 30 minutes late. Then my food came out late on top of that. By the time I got my food the staff was handing out boxes to the other attendees as they had already finished theirs. The salmon arrived and it was legitimately not well cooked. This for the 5 course meal on Valentine’s Day and this was not worth the cost whatsoever. Magic show was short.
As of 14 Feb 2026, service was painfully slow and utterly disorganized. The food was meh and shows up barely warm. 30’minutes just to get drinks. Magician was good but he only preformed 20 minutes. Hard pass
Valentine's day is a big day for dining. We were a table of 4, 3 prime ribs & 1 shrimp scampi. Three prime ribs came out and the shrimp scampi didn't come out for over an hour after. The waitresses didn't know where side dishes were to be delivered, very unorganized! For the price you pay, I would've thought it would be a better experience.
My wife an I went here for a valentines day date, we spent over 300. We had heard it was going to be good, but what a let down it was. We both got the prime rib and a lobster. The prime rib was okay, feel like it didnt have much flavor but it was fine I really enjoyed the decorations and talking to my wife as we ate, we were both looking forward to our lobster, but once it came out we noticed something wasn't right...
