I really liked the picture background of fall theme, however the picture that was taken then chosen of my son was not a complete smile. I’m very sure he was just about to complete his beautiful, natural smile. But instead sent us photos of his incomplete smile, which is a bit upsetting.
I wanted 2 8×10 photos on my birthday. Another photo store insisted on me purchasing an expensive package with more pictures than I wanted and customer service was awful, so I left. Mystical Printz accommodated me. When I went to pick the pictures up, I was shocked to see the 2 poses came with an 8x10 and several others. I got 2 packages. The pictures are gorgeous and the cost is extremely reasonable. I will continue to do business with them.
