Dr. Joy is anything but. FIRST of all, you walk into the waiting room and it is jam packed with people, THEN you are instructed to check in NOT with the receptionist, but via a COMPUTER facing the ENTIRE ROOM where you have access to ANYONE's PERSONAL INFORMATION. You can type in ANY name and it will auto-populate and you can get any person's information and see anyone who's been there. This is a massive HIPAA violation. Dr. Joy and her staff are so friendly and helpful! I have had my braces off for 7 years and they are still perfect! Highly recommend them!
