2 star Review is for Mystic Valley the business and part C insurance they seem to sell. Only employee I like is the lady who works in our building; Marina. Its just her new job. I feel she did not know what Mystic Valley is really like. She has been nice to us seniors. We wish her well. Mystic Valley got my Mass Health back but only if I take services. Then signed me up for a part C type insurance which shut off my Medicare; I must go through their part C first. They got my Mass Health back which puts $174.00 a month back in... read more
