OK service but terribly management - ordered a prescription that they sent to the wrong pharmacy. Spoke to them 4 times and they assured me they'd clear this up and sent to the right pharmacy. Still haven't heard back from them after they said they'd clear this up. Waste of time!

*** Update *** Received two calls, one from medical staff who explained the test report, another from office staff who asked me to call back. I left yet another message with the office manager and two weeks later still silence. So let me explain my experience: 1. Their med staff never returned my call until I left them a 1 star review 2. In the interim I had to Google my test report to understand it 3. Their office staff have still not returned my call despite asking me to do so to help them "fix things". Emphasized they will call after test results are in to speak in person. They did and left a message, then radio silence. I have left multiple messages by phone and their portal, but evidently after they get your insurance money you can be ignored. Avoid if you want responsive medical care.

We brought our child here on the recommendation of her PCP because of an unusual growth on the surface of her finger. We had an appointment at a different AP Derm practice in July, but they offered one that came up sooner, so we took it. AP Derm then cancelled that appointment and we had to wait until a month later to get this one, which is through different location than the original one.
