Very disappointing experience here. My hair was supposed to be dyed black but lots of missed spots, went back a week later to get a blowout not noticing and no one said a word. Still fine, all Good mistakes happen. I go back in less than 2 weeks later because I noticed the issues as I was getting my hair done for an event. Went back in and showed them the issues, was told they could only fix it if I paid the amount again to have it re done… someone was supposed tell call me back after they spoke to the owner about making it ... read more
Kaisa is amazing! Always there with a smile and listens to what you want done and does it beautifully. I've gone multiple times and will continue to do so. The customer service and vibes are simply wonderful as soon as you step through those doors.
Love this place for my regular visits. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
